If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, our Refund and Return Policy allows you to return or exchange products in accordance with the terms below. We offer a 30-day return policy for all items purchased from LiveInvest. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided that the product meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item is returned with all original packaging, tags, and documentation.
  • The item is not customized, personalized, or marked as final sale.

1.2 Non-returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Personalized or engraved items.
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.
  • Products that have been damaged, worn, or altered after receipt.

2. How to Initiate a Return

2.1 Return Request

  • Your order number.
  • The product(s) you wish to return.
  • A brief description of the reason for your return.

2.2 Return Authorization
Once we receive your return request, we will send you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further instructions on how to return your item. Please note that returns will not be accepted without this authorization number.

3. Return Shipping and Costs

3.1 Shipping Costs
If you are returning an item due to a defect or an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong product), we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label. However, if you are returning an item for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

3.2 Return Shipping
Please ensure that the item is securely packed in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged returns.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

In certain cases, if the returned item is not in its original condition (e.g., damaged, worn, or missing components), a partial refund may be issued. The amount of the partial refund will be determined based on the condition of the returned product.

5. Exchanges

5.1 Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange your product for a different model, size, or color, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. We will assist you with the exchange process. Please note that the exchange will be subject to product availability, and you may be required to cover any difference in price.

5.2 Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will offer you a replacement or refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

6.1 Reporting Damage or Defects
If your product is received damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the damaged or defective item to assist in the resolution process. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for you to return the damaged item, and we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund once we receive the returned item.

7. Refund and Return Policy Exceptions

7.1 Sale or Promotional Items
Items purchased during promotional sales or clearance events are subject to the same return and refund policy. However, if the item is marked as final sale or non-returnable, it is not eligible for return or refund.

7.2 Custom Orders
Custom or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
